We’re not a search firm, although we’ve managed thousands of searches.
Search firms work for the companies that engage them. If they have a search that you’re a match for, they will work hard to meet their clients’ needs. But they will always act in their clients’ best interests and this is fine, to the extent that your and their clients’ interests are aligned.
At Exec-Next we work for you. Searching out opportunities for you, marketing you to agreed target companies, and working through searches offering advice, guidance, and conducting due diligence to manage the risk around any potential move.
We’re a team of HR and Finance execs who have made thousands of hires and compensation deals over the years. We’ve seen hires’ work but also careers ruined by the information asymmetry that usually occurs in every hiring process.
